Myanmar Tea Leaf Company, founded in 2019, has a rich history in the tea industry dating back to 1984 first as a retail outlet LaKabar, and then later as Shan Shwe Taung. Operating under our corporate brand, Myanmar Tea Leaf, we proudly represent three product brands: Shan Shwe Taung (1984), Organic Paline (2016), and Lwal Paline (2020). Myanmar Tea Leaf was founded by the second generation, Myo Win Aung, who assumed leadership from his father in 2013. He and his wife, Khin Ye Yupar Aye, took over the family business in the same year.
